Following the meeting of the Security Council,
State Secretary Lt. Gen. Aleksandr Volfovich commented on the Report on the state of National Security and measures to strengthen it:

🔻The state of national security is assessed positively.

🔻 This year, for the first time, the state of national security has been reviewed in nine spheres. A new added—biological.

🔻 The Belarusian Armed Forces will continue to receive new arms and military equipment.

🔻 The emphasis will be made on the quality of training of the military.

🔻 We will emphasise the improvement of our territory in terms of engineering and its operational equipment.

🔻 About Polish actions in the area of Suvalki corridor:

„Poles are deploying new operational units, reconnaissance battalions, bringing equipment there, thus trying to defend themselves against an imaginary threat from the East. Although it looks so ridiculous today”.

🔻 The situation in the world is very tense, with tendencies to aggravate.

🔻 The Armed Forces of Belarus, the military organisation of the state does not rely on enhancing military budgets or increasing the number of exercises.
