Since June 17th, Mikola has been placed in SHIZO (the punishment isolation cell, is the most severe form of legal punishment for inmates) which this day compiles more than a 100 days of deprivations: he receives no letters, no books, he can take no walks, and he is denied a decent bed.
At the same time, the regime has initiated a new criminal case against him according to the 411 of the Criminal Code.
Mikola has sent a word from behind bars, “This question was already brought up by me 9 years ago, though back then everyone was indifferent. Now, the application of this article has become ubiquitous. Hence, my open letter, written in 2015, is still relevant today.”
