You can see the dynamics of daily/weekly/montly activity of the group members through time.
DAU (Daily active users) — number of unique active daily participants.
WAU (Weekly active users) — number of unique active weekly participants.
MAU (Monthly active users) — number of unique active monthly participants.
Active participants — participants who have written at least one message in the group.
